Applications should not be filled out in Google Docs. These are fillable PDFs, meaning that you can type your responses directly into the document.

1. Click the above link to open the application in Google Chrome.

2. Fill out the application.

3. Click the download button in the upper right corner and select "With your changes"

Alternatively, forms can be filled out using black or blue ink and returned to the school office.

 

Applications that are filled out in Google Docs may not be accepted.
